Growth by acquisition needs clean, integrated data

Founded in 1993, Dexters has grown from a single Twickenham branch to over 250 across Greater London. Its success is underpinned by lettings and property management — stable, recurring income from the expanding private rental market — and a strong track record of acquisitions in the fragmented London estate agency market.

Dexters recognised that clean, integrated data is central to executing that strategy. Legacy systems built more than a decade ago needed modernisation, and each acquisition brought new data to fold in. Nayuta was engaged to redefine Dexters' long-term data approach, revamp the data infrastructure, and migrate and integrate legacy acquisition data into their central CRM system.

The landscape then shifted further: the Renters' Rights Act removed fixed-term tenancies, dramatically increasing the frequency and complexity of commission and clawback calculations — making manual reconciliation unworkable at scale.
